We set up IT Dimensions because at that time, we felt the IT support offering on the marketplace was not as good as it could be and that we could do better.
Our belief is simple, to provide excellent IT support for our clients, we must continually keep up to date with new products and technologies on the marketplace and display a first-class approach to customer service. Most of our new clients come to us as a direct referral from one of our existing clients, but they stay with us because of the great service we provide them with.
We have been working with many of our clients now for several years, which really helps us get a great understanding of their business, what they are looking to achieve and what they need by way of IT support.
